About the event

Join Mary Klovance for an interactive, application-focused day designed specifically for Inclusive Education teams. This workshop shifts the lens from “fixing behaviour” to understanding nervous systems, strengthening relationships, and creating sustainable supports.

Together, we’ll explore ADH(D), Autism (including subtle presentations in girls), and PDA through a practical, affirming framework. You’ll gain concrete one-to-one strategies, communication tools that reduce power struggles, and approaches that support regulation rather than compliance.

This is not another behaviour management training. It’s a relationship-based, strengths-informed deep dive into how to better support neurodivergent students — while reducing burnout for staff.

Expect discussion, real-life case applications, language reframing, and immediately usable tools you can bring back to your practice the very next day.
