I meet neurodivergent clients with curiosity, respect, and care, honoring their unique ways of thinking, learning and being. Together, we focus on building practical, affirming supports that align with their strengths, needs, and goals.

Education & Relevant Experience:

I’m an MA Therapist (Europe) and an MA Registered Clinical Counsellor (BC, Canada) with over 15 years of experience in mental health settings, working with children, youth, and adults with diverse needs and backgrounds. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and relational challenges.

My work is grounded in both professional trainings and real-world experience which helps me to focus on each client’s unique needs and goals to thrive.

Approach & Modalities:

In my practice I offer a warm, safe, and neurodiversity-affirming space where your experiences are respected, your pace is honoured, and you are met with care and genuine acceptance. I work from a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective, where I believe that  “challenging” behaviours in neurodivergence adults or children are often ways of coping, communicating, or being seen in a world that doesn’t always accommodate their needs.

Therapy is a collaborative process we explore your experiences, patterns, needs, and strengths at a pace that feels supportive and respectful. I support adults with ADHD and autism by celebrating differences, uncovering strengths, and helping create practical routines, strategies, and environments that make daily life more manageable, meaningful, and empowering.

For children and youth, I integrate play, art, music, and experiential approaches to support expression, regulation, and resilience. I work closely with caregivers to help families feeling belonging by communicating and understanding each other’s needs.

Modalities:

  • Trauma-focused therapy

  • Somatic psychotherapy

  • EMDR

  • CBT

  • DBT

  • Play, Art & Music Therapy

Communication Style:

My clients often experience me as warm, present, and deeply compassionate. I prioritize creating a sense of safety and trust while gently supporting insight, regulation, and meaningful change. I also use humor in my sessions, and when working with young children, I strive to be playful, engaged, and attuned to their world.

Fun Facts or Interests:

I love going on adventures and trips with my kids or with friends, especially when they include time in nature, and I enjoy singing and playing the violin with my band. I also stay active through dancing, running, and yoga. I like cooking and trying new recipes in my downtime.
