All youth, especially neurodiverse youth become dysregulated during times of change and/or when things don't go their way. In order to support your child, it is helpful for them to build their social emotional and regulation skills so that they can manage their feelings and behaviours in these difficult moments.

Join Mary Klovance, a school teacher, school counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor (B.A., B.Ed., M.A) and learn more about how you can foster these important skills within your child. In this workshop we will discuss the following: - Building Resilience - Fostering Social Emotional Skills - Encouraging Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy - How to Co-Regulate and teach Self-Regulation strategies to be used
