I understand neurodivergence as a difference rather than a deficit. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, valued, and truly understood. My approach centers on honoring each person’s strengths, listening deeply to their experiences, and collaborating with families to build connection, practical supports, and a sense of belonging.

Experience :

I have over 14 years of experience supporting youth, couples, parents, and individuals navigating ADHD, Autism, and trauma. My practice is grounded in evidence-based therapies and integrates a variety of approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with neurodivergent youth (12+) and their families, as well as adults with ADHD who are facing relationship challenges or recovering from trauma. My goal is to help clients build understanding, improve communication, and strengthen resilience in their lives and relationships.

Approach & Modalities:

My sessions are collaborative and flexible, honoring each person’s communication style and pace. I bring a trauma-informed lens and focus on helping families understand and validate each other’s experiences, build connection, and grow stronger together. My goal is to empower youth, couples, and families to find approaches that work for them and support their well-being.

I listen with curiosity and take time to understand my clients so we can plan treatment together. I am flexible and adapt my communication to meet the diverse needs of each person, checking in often and using clear, supportive, or creative tools when helpful.
