About the event

A day of professional development for educators, counsellors and support workers in School District 72. This workshop provides educators with practical, neurodiversity-affirming strategies for supporting learners in school settings. Participants will learn how to recognize regulation needs, reduce sensory and cognitive overload, and shift from compliance-based approaches toward connection-focused, strengths-based practices. Participants will leave with tools they can apply immediately to create safer and more inclusive learning environments.
