David works with teens 13+, adults, and families.


In Person and Online Fridays 12-6pm

David’s areas of proficiency include:

  • Interpersonal issues

  • Grief & loss

  • Anxiety- Depression

  • Emotional wellness

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Self-esteem

DAVID SILK

David completed his master’s degree in counselling psychology at the University of
Victoria. His work experience includes:
- Counselling parents, youth, and children as they navigate various life challenges
- Outreach support with neurodivergent individuals
- Counselling and group facilitating for in-patient and outpatient mental health
- Training and crisis line responding for the Vancouver Island Crisis Society

 

David strives to build strong relationships to foster a sense of connection, provide tools to
help address lagging skills, and encourage collaboration and client strengths while
working towards healthier life experiences.

David will be working under the supervision of Mary Klovance, RCC, as he finishes
his application to become a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
