Hello Folks,

Last week, I mentioned the importance of meaningful connections with others. I thought I would share a book written by partners on their personal experience of ADHD. The book is Dirty Laundry: Why Adults with ADHD are So Ashamed and What We Can Do to Help by Richard Pink and Roxanne Emery. You can also follow Pink and Emery on social media, where they share funny, relatable, and informative content (links below).

Does anyone else follow social media accounts centered on ADHD?

Hello Folks,

My name is Hannah and I am a student intern at the Neurodiversity Family Centre. I recently became one of the moderators for the ADHD parent group and adults with ADHD support group. As a fellow ADHDer I found that connecting with others like myself has been crucial for understanding who I am and what helps me function in my day to day.

With Valentine's Day having passed I reflecting on the importance of community and relationships for our overall well-being. Would anyone be interested in information related to ADHD and relationships? Or are you interested in other topics? Let me know and I can curate more educational and informal resources to share.
